The Solution Replacement Guarantee (SRG) is an exclusive and proprietary feature of TAMCO's Technology-as-a-Service (TaaS) monthly payment program that offers protection against technology obsolescence. When customers pay for their technology solutions; including AV, security, and related hardware solutions, with TAMCO's TaaS payment program they have protection, flexibility, and control to migrate or upgrade to a new solution at any time during the term of the agreement. If their solution no longer meets their needs or becomes obsolete due to technology advancements, under TAMCO's TaaS agreement their contract is 100 percent forgiven and a new contract takes effect. No balances to roll over like there is with loans or traditional capital expense leases. There are no financial penalties.

When your current solution’s feature functionality no longer meets your needs due to changes within your organization or advancements in technology and it is creating inefficiencies in your operation, you simply contact TAMCO to begin the SRG process and we walk you through the rest.
Once the customer is approved for a new contract agreement, with a new term that is equivalent or greater, the existing contract will be 100% completely forgiven. No matter how much is owed. Nothing is rolled over and the customer will never be penalized for making the change. Whether you exercise your SRG clause on the 3rd day or the 3rd to last day, your SRG is applicable over the entire term.
To take advantage of this benefit, customers are contractually obligated to use their existing solution provider. They will not need to find a new company to work with. They will be able to use their existing relationship to complete the replacement. The SRG cannot be honored if the customer does not use their system provider from the original contract.
Tail Waggers was growing fast and their existing technology solution was holding them back. They needed to upgrade and expand their capabilities quickly to keep up with their growing operations.
