Paul joined TAMCO during the company’s infancy in 1996 and brings over 25 years of business strategy and channel experience to his current role. Over the years Paul has been instrumental in the development of TAMCO’s partner and client offerings, branding, and business development. Training and teaching to the channel and customers has always been a passion for Paul, he remains very close to the content and messaging strategy as the buying process evolves. Prior to joining TAMCO, Paul held management positions in the technology sector at USN Communications, WilTel Communications, and TSI. Born and raised in New Jersey Paul is a graduate from the University of Tampa with B.S in Marketing. Outside of TAMCO Paul is an avid sports fan, fledgling cyclist, and loves grilling on his Big Green Egg.
Chris recently joined TAMCO after working over 20 years in the hospitality industry with companies such as Starwood and Wyndham. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Chris worked three years for the international accounting firm of Ernst and Young before beginning his career in hospitality. Chris is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance. While numbers are his niche he can’t deny a good day of fishing and when lucky, getting to put his catch on the grill for dinner.
Charles holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Management and Forensic Accounting in addition to two Bachelor's degrees: firstly in Accounting and another in Management Information Systems. Currently, Charles oversees all of our technology needs. Prior to joining TAMCO in 2007, Charles spent 21 years with the Eckerd Corporation holding such positions as Sr. Director for JC Penney Catalog Operations, Sr. Director of Price Integrity, and Sr. Directory of Labor Scheduling. When Charlie is not making TAMCO more technically efficient or fixing our user error computer problems he loves embarking on Alaskan adventures with his family, and working on DIY home improvement projects.
Rich joined TAMCO in 2008 and has extensive experience in credit, portfolio, and operations management dating through the 1980's. Rich's resume reflects several major companies such as Conseco Finance, Bell Atlantic Leasing, and Wells Fargo Financial Leasing. Currently working to oversee our credit and operations department, he also assists with managing the relationships with our secured capital sources. Rich is a graduate of the Montclair State University in New Jersey.
Scott joined TAMCO in 2007 and pursues new partner relationships and manages the partner on-boarding process. Scott holds an MBA in Finance and MS in CIS from the University of Miami. With over 20 years’ experience, he has held various technical and sales positions with boutique as well as large telecommunications, financial, and IT firms including the Systems Consulting Group and AT&T. Outside of the office Scott is proud to be a dance dad, proclaims to be a seafood connoisseur, and occasionally enjoys testing his luck at the craps tables.
Jill joined TAMCO in 2013 and manages companywide marketing and communication strategies for new and existing business. Jill is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. For the past nine years Jill has held diverse marketing and communications positions that span across private, non-profit, and government entities. This includes Clay County, FL Economic Development Council, Clay County Development Authority, Clay County Chamber of Commerce, Nutrishop USA, and Wounded Warrior Project. When Jill is not strategizing the next best marketing project for TAMCO she can be found discovering the best tacos in town, teaching group fitness, and working with disabled veterans and their families through adaptive sports.
