The CPE Sales Spiff pays an added bonus to CPE AEs, Network AEs, CPE AE Managers, and/or RSMs for CPE sales financed with a Frontier Financial Solutions lease product. This includes the operating expense lease, Frontier Shield and a traditional $1 buyout lease.
Payouts range from $25 to $1,200 depending on the amount being financed, type of equipment, and the lease chosen. It pays more to position and recommend Shield.
If the Network AE provides a referral on a transaction over $50,000, the CPE AE, Network AE, CPE AE Manager, and RSM all receive payouts.
Whether there is a referral or not, for transactions under $50,000, the CPE AE, Network AE, CPE AE Manager, and RSM will still receive a payout for the transaction.
This spiff now includes payouts for hosted and E-911 solutions.
